There are two ways to transfer your will call tickets to another person.

Option 1:
This can ONLY be done up to 2 days before ticket sales end.
If ticket sales are near ending, see Option #2 below.
You can submit a name change via fax by following the online instructions:
http://islandstubs.inticketing.com/namechange

Option 2:
Someone else can pick up your tickets if you provide them with all of the following:
1) a photocopy of your drivers license & credit card
2) a copy of your email receipt
3) a note signed and dated by the cardholder naming the person to pick up the tickets
